About the course
A comprehensive meditation course for all levels
Do you wish to master the art of meditation? This meditation course is designed for meditators of all levels: beginners, intermediates, advanced, and experts.
The course is crafted to provide you with a deep understanding of meditation, covering everything you need for practice and enabling you to enjoy every moment of it.
Divided into 20 modules containing 65 video classes, the course includes essential theoretical content, lessons on correct sitting and breathing techniques, insightful scientific research on meditation and mindfulness, as well as various guided meditation and silent meditation practices.
For optimal student comprehension, the course is organized so that each class becomes available as soon as the previous one has been viewed, having unlimited access to the classes, so you will always be able to review all the content.
Upon course completion, you’ll receive a completion certificate from Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School.
