During this course, you will explore in detail the meaning and essence of Reiki, as well as its fascinating history, core values, and spiritual roots. You will experience the power of Reiju (Initiation), marking the beginning of your practical journey with Reiki. You will learn and practice meditation, Reiki self-treatment, and techniques for applying Reiki to others. This course will provide the essential knowledge and practice needed to regularly integrate Reiki and meditation into your daily routine. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive written material and a certification diploma for Reiki Level 1 (Shoden).
The course will be conducted in English, in Barcelona, in an intensive weekend format on October 5 and 6, 2024. This Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) course has a maximum of 12 students.
